Your data
Privacy policy
How Dietecom collects, uses and protects your personal data. The French version prevails.
1. Data controller
DIETECOM, a limited liability company registered under SIREN number 341 828 366, based in Paris (75116), has organised the practical nutrition days since 1987. Its manager, [GÉRANT], is responsible for processing your personal data.
2. Data collected
- Identification data: surname, first name, email address, phone number, postcode, professional role;
- The content of your messages and exchanges with us;
- Technical connection data: IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser, operating system;
- Audience measurement and browsing preferences, subject to your consent to cookies;
- Your communication preferences.
3. Purposes
We use your data to answer your requests, manage registrations, send you community news if you asked for it, organise partnerships and keep the site secure and working.
4. Forms and cookies
Contact and registration forms send the information you enter. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, which you can change at any time from the cookie banner.
5. NutriTrust
NutriTrust requires no account or identity. The profile you enter is stored only in your browser, on your device, and is never sent to Dietecom. To analyse a product, the name or barcode searched is sent to public databases such as Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central. Dietecom measures usage anonymously, without cookies, identifiers or IP addresses: only aggregated counters are kept. No individual search or profile is stored.
6. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and your relationship with the community, then deleted or archived within legal obligations.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, object to processing or ask for its restriction by writing to us via the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
8. Transfers outside the European Union
We do not transfer your data to countries outside the European Union.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, you will be informed by email or by a notice on the site.
Audience measurement
We measure visits with our own tool, hosted on our server: no cookie, no advertising tracker, no third party. Your IP address is never stored: a daily fingerprint, deleted every night, only serves to count unique visitors. Statistics are aggregated and kept for 25 months at most. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” and “Global Privacy Control” signals are respected, and you can object at any time:
